What’s it like to work with the Zinn Design Build team? To live in a custom Zinn Design Build home? We’ll let our clients answer those questions for you.
We worked with Carol Ann and her team from another part of the country, during and across a pandemic.
Throughout this process we were guided in every decision in ways that harmonized and enriched our vision. Together we created the home of our dreams, far more beautiful and functional than we had ever imagined. The project was finished on-budget and EARLY, two incredibly rare things. My husband and I recently worked with Carol Ann to design our home. The whole process seemed daunting but Carol Ann made it enjoyable.
She could tell right away our style and proposed finishes, colors and fixtures that represented that. If I had an idea, she was able to come back with the perfect suggested of how to make it look not only beautiful but functional.
Her team is amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better Project Manager than Jason. Whenever we had a question big or small he replied right away. He wanted us to see each step that was being built and met us numerous times at our home so we could understand the process. We were always updated and the work was completed when Jason said it would be.
I know we were not her only client but Carol Ann and her team made us feel as if we were.

Our family has had the opportunity to work with Carol Ann and Zinn Design Build on two separate projects and wanted to take a moment to highlight what an amazing job she has done on both occasions.
Our most recent project includes the design and construction of a custom home. Admittedly this was a big project for our family, and Carol Ann guided us through the process in a manner that put our worries and concerns at ease.
From the start, Carol Ann helped us decide where to build, visited lots around the town with us, and then worked and reworked the design of our home so that it perfectly aligned with our vision.
During the construction of the home Carol Ann had the experience and foresight to source materials well in advance to avoid any delay in the completion of our home. Every detail was considered, every product was high quality, and her vision left us with a stunning and cohesive home. It is truly beautiful.
We would be remiss if we did not also mention the excellent job the project manager, Jason O’Quinn, did in answering our questions and responding to any concerns we had along the way. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and his attention to detail was impeccable. We are very grateful for the amazing job Zinn Design Build has done in designing our one of kind home and would gladly recommend them to anyone considering a custom home project.
