What a year it was for Zinn Design Build! As we celebrate our 47th anniversary designing and building homes, I am reflecting on what may have been our best moments yet.
In 2024 we completed two unique and special custom projects for wonderful clients. One was for a long-time Chapel Hill resident who moved across town into the dwelling of her dreams. The other was for a young family who moved from suburban Virginia to a five-acre site in Greenbrae. These homes are very different from one another and exemplify our devotion to design individuation.
The first is modern, crisp, refined – a beautiful stage for collected art, for elegant entertaining and musical presentations.
The second is warm and cozy – a true family home, feeling lived-in upon first occupancy.
For all of our clients, our process relies on establishing strong relationships based on superb communication. We are a small business and are very hands-on. We want to know what’s important to you, and we will do our very best to give that to you – and that includes talking about your budget at the beginning.
